Update Password
How to update your password:
1. Enter your full email address in the format: username@tvtc.gov.sa
2. Type your old or expired password correctly in the first field
3. Create a new password that meets the requirements below
4. Confirm your new password by entering it again
5. Click the Submit button to complete the process
6. If successful, you will see a confirmation message: Your password is successfully updated.

New Password requirements:
- At least 8 characters in length (recommended 12+ characters)
- Include uppercase letters
- Include lowercase letters
- Include numbers
- Include symbols (!@#$%^&*)
- Must not match any of your previous passwords

Additional Security Practices:
- Create a new password with a sentencse or phrase that is difficult to guess but easy to remember and includes a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols, rather than random characters
- Do not include personal or work-related information in your password
- Do not reuse the same password across multiple systems or websites
- Never share your password with anyone, even IT support
- Update your password immediately if you suspect it has been compromised or notice unusual activity
- Update your password regularly to improve account security
- After updating your password, make sure to update it on all your connected devices and apps

Troubleshooting:
- Check that Caps Lock is off
- Ensure your keyboard language is set correctly
- If your password is rejected, try a different one that meets all rules

Common reasons why password change may fail:
- The old password was entered incorrectly
- The new password does not meet the required conditions
- The new password matches a previous password
- Network or session timeout try again after refreshing the page

If you forget your password, you can recover your account through the “Forgot your password?” service
